About Dana
Dana writes YA and A Fantasy Fiction, freelances as an editor and writer, holds a MA in English & Fiction Writing, and considers herself a classified nerd. She knows every line to the Star Wars films (episodes IV, V, and VI) and is probably rewatching LOTR Extended Edition at this very moment. Currently, she is most inspired by her author peers, her students, and a long list of BIPOC authors who showed her that writing belongs to us all.
It is important to Dana that she represents and stands for authenticity in all her work. As a queer, autistic, Asian American author, editor, teacher, collaborator, and lifelong learner, nothing is more valuable to her than bringing kindness, inclusion, and minority representation to all of her personal and professional endeavors. These values are reflected in her writing, her communication, and her work ethic.
